Returns Policy

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility
   We accept returns under the following conditions:

Non-defective items:
Must be requested within 14 days of delivery
Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
All accessories, manuals, and labels must be included

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, certain opened items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

2. Defective, Damaged, or DOA (Dead on Arrival)
   If your item arrives damaged or not functioning properly, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your request, you must provide:
Clear photos of the product and packaging
Video evidence showing the defect or malfunction
Order number

We reserve the right to deny claims without sufficient proof.

Resolution (at our discretion):
Replacement (primary solution)
Repair
Refund (only if replacement is unavailable)

3. Warranty Policy (Electronics Only)
   Applicable to products such as:
   Laptop stands
   Computer mice
   Keyboards

Coverage:
Within 90 days of delivery: Free replacement for manufacturer defects
91–365 days: Repair or replacement via manufacturer (if applicable)

Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, improper operation, or accidents
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Normal wear and tear

4. Incorrect Item Received
   If you receive an incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

We will:
Provide a replacement, or
Offer a refund

Return shipping costs will be covered by us only after verification.

5. Return Shipping & Costs
   Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
   The item is defective
   The wrong item was sent

Shipping fees (including original shipping) are non-refundable, except in verified error cases
Return shipping must use a trackable service

We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns without tracking proof.

6. Refund Conditions
   Refunds will only be issued if:
   The returned item is received and inspected
   The item meets all return conditions

We reserve the right to:
Deduct handling, restocking, or transaction fees where applicable
Issue partial refunds for items not in original condition

7. Refund Processing Time
   Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
   Processing time: 7–15 business days after approval

8. Order Cancellation
   Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase
   Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be canceled

10. Limitation of Liability

    Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product
